Hola! I’m Dr. Maydelis Gutierrez, a bilingual educator, instructional designer, and autism advocate with over 20 years of experience in education. I hold a Doctorate in Applied Learning Sciences and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout my career, I’ve designed impactful learning experiences across K–12, higher education, and corporate training settings, always guided by research-based best practices and a passion for equity.

My work focuses on inclusive, tech-forward instructional design, with a special interest in emerging tools like artificial intelligence and virtual reality. Whether I’m planning and implementing training for organizations or crafting personalized learning experiences, my goal is to empower learners at every level.

Fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, I bring a multicultural perspective to every project. When I’m not designing or teaching, I’m usually traveling, painting, caring for my orchids, or exploring the magic of Disney on family road trips. I also proudly advocate for autism awareness and inclusion, both professionally and personally.
